How ordering works

When you place an order on our site, it is a request. Our team will call you by phone to confirm the details before we ship it, so please keep your phone reachable.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we are unable to confirm, or that appears fraudulent or abusive.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Algerian dinar (DZD). We work exclusively with cash on delivery: you pay for your order when it is delivered to you.

Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice.

Products

We do our best to present our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the actual garment. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.

Delivery, exchange and returns

Orders are generally delivered within 1 to 3 working days after confirmation. A size exchange is possible within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, with the return shipping cost for the exchange at your charge.

Order verification and misuse

To protect our team and our service, we may refuse or cancel orders that cannot be confirmed, that use false information, or that are repeatedly refused at delivery without a valid reason.

All photos, text and visual content on this site belong to TAKOUA Collection and may not be reused without our permission.

Liability

We take great care in preparing and delivering your order, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control.
